Beautiful tanzanite halo earrings in black rhodinated white gold. The Tanzanite got it’s name of Tanzania, where it was first unearthed in 1967. Because the crystals show different colors depending on the viewing direction, cutters can fashion gems with a range of color from violetish blue to bluish violet depending on how much weight they want to retain from the rough. These tanzanites shown in the picture are a unique pair and today it is difficult to find something matching in this colour.
This model is possible to get with other gemstones as well. For example beautiful sapphires or modest tourmalines.
